Mark Kruse brings over 40 years of experience in parachute operations and founded Rigging Adventures in 1991. He has worked directly with all major parachute manufacturers, and has provided rigger training for U.S. military SOF units and international military organizations worldwide. An FAA Designated Parachute Rigger Examiner and Master Rigger, he holds a USPA D License with over 18,000 jumps and is also an FAA Commercial Pilot.

Shauna Finley is an FAA Designated Parachute Rigger Examiner and Master Rigger with over 12 years of industry experience. She provides professional rigging, inspection, repair, and training services through Fin16 Skydiving Services, LLC. Shauna has worked with major parachute manufacturers and supported U.S. military units, bringing a disciplined, safety-focused approach to every project. Her background in operational leadership and advanced rigging ensures consistent, dependable results for both civilian and government customers.

Tim Tennant
FAA Designated Parachute Rigger Examiner
Tim Tennant has 38 years of experience in the parachute industry and has been an FAA Master Parachute Rigger since 2001. A respected leader in the Raeford skydiving community, Tim has been the area’s trusted source for parachute rigging certification for more than three decades. His background includes national-level competition and extensive hands-on rigging experience, providing customers with reliable, detail-driven service.
